BIOGRAPHY

Helmuth Höger as an actor has participated in numerous plays in a variety of different styles and perspectives, from classical, contemporary, and documentary theater to performance. In its first stages of his career his work had a strong social imprint and a particular interest in showcasing Chilean authors. Höger created KORPUS Theater Collective, following his desires to create freely and answer his own artistic questions as a director, investigating issues related to minorities and dissidences from a queer perspective. Since moving to Berlín, Höger explores the ideas of belonging, anomie, and identity in his new search for artistic language.
